I brought home. Can someone me a vegetarian recipe. Eggs are very good, but no meat or fish. I need a recipe quick, easy and noodles. What types of sauces are needed to do in the Ramen soup?

You could add a cube of vegetable broth, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper flakes.

Fried eggs (or hard)
Sesame seeds (ground)
Sesame oil and chili oil
Cucumber slices
lightly sautéed spinach
baked tofu or BBQed

Ramen is a factory product. After extrusion of the paste and dry in a block, which is fried. You do not want to do.

You can make a dough from flour and water. I would not say it was easy, however. It is a steep learning curve.
